About
Robbie joined the EAI team in May of 2023 as a founding member of the Standard For Success (Pathways and Evaluation) team. Robbie has been an educator since 1994 when he took over a classroom of middle school English and math special education students. He has been the lead learner in elementary, middle school, post-secondary, and master's level classrooms and has been a virtual science educator as well.
Why Education Advanced?
"My career progression could only have been planned on a Higher Level. Starting out as a classroom teacher, moving to an eLearning coach and specialist role in a couple of school districts, owning a successful company, and then growing and selling that company and doing even more with the educational resources at EAI has given me the opportunity to impact the studies, lives, and careers of thousands of learners. I couldn't have made this plan for myself when exiting college in '94. I'm humbled that I've had the opportunities that have taken me where I am today."
Outside of Work
Robbie and his wife have two adult daughters who are pursuing careers in education (music and elementary education). They are also adoptive parents of two elementary-aged boys who keep them on their toes. The family recently moved to their happy place (the beach) on the Gulf Coast of Florida after 26 years in the Indianapolis area. Robbie enjoys all things outdoors but likes nothing better than sitting next to a large body of water with a fishing pole in hand.
