About
Sherry Smith joined the EAI family in August 2022 as an Enterprise Support Analyst 2. Sherry brings 13 years of public education experience including roles in teaching, coaching, campus and district testing coordination, student services coordinator, and director of PEIMS.Sherry's love of organization and systems lead to her pursuing a position at EAI.
Why Education Advanced?
"I have always had a love for mathematics and I began my career after college in the financial world. As fulfilling as this field can be, I never lost my desire to become an educator. I made a career change and I have never regretted this decision. The transition to EAI allows me to work with districts across the nation to help them manage their data in the best way possible so they can focus on the important role of educating students."
Outside of Work
Sherry and her husband enjoy traveling and finding the best sushi restaurants. Many of their travels are to a variety of race tracks across the US to watch their nephews racing. Sherry is a dog lover and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
