About
Amy Rodgers joined the EAI family in March of 2022 and currently serves as a Cardonex Customer Success Manager. Prior to coming onboard, Amy was a dedicated secondary educator that began her career as a high school math teacher specializing in project-based learning. Amy also served in many administrative roles, including assistant principal, academic dean, and principal. Throughout this time, she was involved in the master scheduling process and discovered her love of building complex schedules using the Cardonex software.
Why Education Advanced?
"I was born with a heart of service and discovered from a very young age that I found joy in life from serving others. Being an educator allowed me the opportunity to serve and support educators and students within my school district, and now I have the opportunity to serve in an even greater way. As part of the EAI family, I can give educators the gift of time so they can focus more on what's important - their students. Students also benefit through EAI's student-centered programs and when students are happy, success is inevitable. Being part of this growing company is incredibly fulfilling and I look forward to making a positive impact on educators and students across the nation!"
Outside of Work
Amy is a wife and mom of two young boys. Her oldest son is a competitive swimmer, and her youngest is a basketball enthusiast. Amy enjoys traveling, crafting, football, and trying new foods and cuisines. On the weekends, you can find her outside enjoying the sunshine and tending to her growing succulent garden, or binge-watching crime documentaries on Nextflix. Amy loves to be waterside and will escape to the lake or beach as often as she can. While she is a Texan at heart, Amy hopes she and her husband will retire on an island one day so they can spend their golden years surrounded by the sea.
"Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity...it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."
