Whether we speak of an individual or an organization, without a clear set of values we are lost.  Only when we can come together and agree upon ideals of importance can we truly empower people.  As a leader I must know that we share common values, for it is through our values that we find common ground to advance our organization and achieve our goals.  In the end, it is our values that dictate our actions.  It is my hope and belief that the values listed above are the ideals by which I am characterized.  Furthermore it is my hope that these values are evident in the life that I lead, more than simply the words I speak.
